We, at Home Basics Appliance Service, through our in-house coaching, technicians are required to keep up to date with prevailing current appliance defects so that we can attend to our clients with quality and fix defects in the shortest time. 

We service and repair all major house-hold brands, for further information click on the appliances and observe a few common issues and defects that may arise. We pride ourselves in achieving high satisfactory customer satisfaction, by offering you a three months warranty on repairs and a one-year warranty on parts.

If you happen to have any product difficulties or if an appliance you have bought from us requires a service, either in or outside of warranty, Home Basics is able to follow up with the supplier directly for you.
